    • Arnavutköy – 9 TL per sq. meter, the annual development fee of the rental worth – 12.17 %;

 

    • Sultanbeyli – 9 TL per sq. meter, the annual development fee of the rental worth – 4.13 %;

 

    • Silivri – 10 TL, the annual development fee of the rental worth – 13.26 %;

 

    • Sancaktepe – 10 TL, the annual development fee of the rental worth – 7.93 %;

 

    • Sultangazi – 11 TL, the annual development fee of the rental worth – 9.77 %;

 

    • Çekmeköy – 11 TL, the annual development fee of the rental worth – 9.38 %;

 

    • Pendik – 11 TL, the annual development fee of the rental worth – 7.61 %;

 

    • Tuzla – 12 TL, the annual development fee of the rental worth – 8.4 %;

 

    • Buyukcekmece – 13 TL, the annual development fee of the rental worth – 14.97 %;
