Izmir turned the chief within the development of gross sales of villas and flats by the ocean in Turkey. The preferred Turkish on-line newspaper, Yeni Asır, says that the mortgage marketing campaign has led to an increase in costs per sq. meter. Izmir even overtook Istanbul when it comes to the expansion charges of property costs. Whereas in August 2019, 6,025 properties had bought in Izmir. In August 2020, 11,145 properties had bought and the annual gross sales development fee reached 85 %.
The Anatolian area is the second hottest vacation spot amongst patrons of seaside actual property in Turkey. The annual development in costs for homes and flats in Antalya (Antalya, Mahmutlar, Aspect, Belek, Kemer, Manavgat) amounted to a file 39.72 %.
